Was in Burdwan for some academic work and on the return journey had a small session of Railfanning. Went there by 12337 and returned by 12338, both ways hauled by 16540R JMP WDM 3A. notable spottings at BWN were off routed and offlinked 13418 MLDT-DGHA Express at BWN PF 6. it came in with a WDM 3A, but most likely the deemer had some problems and so , keeping it attached with the train, a LDH Tiger-faced WAG 7 was attached to it to take it to DGHA. other things i noted was the BWN-Balgona local which departed from PF 8, the newest to BWN; P4 led 13151 JAT Express; WDM 3A led Rajgir Passenger; the up NJP Shatabdi (couldn't spot the loco) and a galore of WAG 7s and WAG 9s. in the morning at HWH notable spottings were ASN WAM 4 led 1447 Shaktipunj; and at the HWH Loco...

Shed spotted AJJ WAM 4, GZB WAP 7, HWH WAP 4s, MGS WAP 4, HWH WAP 7, KZJ WAG 7 and an unnumbered Milky White WAP 7.
