Today 08/Nov/2010 I travelled in Tippu Exp. 2613. Awesome train. Super fast.. Kudos to TIPPU for reaching on time. He stops at Maddur for "Shatabthi Exp" crossing otherwise no unnecessary stops! Cool train for the people that wishes to travel at a lesser cost

Really? I wonder how! I checked the same site after I reached back home. It showed on time! Guess what? checking in the official site is always recommended. However, the train reached on time according to my watch
Ya in "Indian Railways" website they mentioned "5mins late" on 8th nov :) ...
After Shatabdi express.. This is the only Fastest train I suppose between Bangalore nad Mysore. It has around 21 coaches if I am not wrong. Also, point to be noted. There are many General compartments in this train. The Engine looks awesome, it has great power to take a huge train like Tippu very easily!!!! On 8/11/2010 2-WDP4 engines were attached. I am not sure if the additional one was Active or not.
Yes Tippu have 21coaches ... and two reservation compartment and 1Ac coach .. and rest of the coaches are unreserved....... and sometime twin UBL WDP4 will run for Tippu because in that one UBL WDP4 loco will be test run after some repairs
