35 min ?? My dear he is taking bus, also cannot take bus before 7:30 am from central as he is travelling by Tamilanadu. It surely takes minimum 1 hr ( that to not sure ) at that time to reach Thiruvanmyur as there will be traffic. Local will take him just in 25 min to Tydal park from where Buses, Share autos will be available.

It should take max an hour not more- only near mandaveli the traffic will be higher to some extent- Also the Park station of MRTS is a bit far for walking and trains will be very crowded in morning owing to velachery connection and lesser number of trains- A1 cna provide much better option than it

I stay at OMR...You can ask any one who travels Thiruvanmayur or OMR which one they prefer A1 or Train ? No doubt every one say train...Fly over trains are not that crowded. Any ways you means to say A1 buses are not crowded ??
Its just 5 min walk to Park town station from central...I don't think you suggestion helps him it takes minimum 2.5 hrs at best condition if he get direct connecting bus at Thiruvanmayur to Sipcot. So already its 10 am.
By train park town to tidel

People usually walk on the roads...as police out chennai central controls traffic very well and allow people to cross road safely.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
