This is a station to reach many towns which does not have rail connectivity but
population is greater than 25000. those are Khaniyadhana, Pichhore and Rannod. You can get buses till 8pm after that is it risky to get down here. however no train here after 8 pm but if delayed than please either get down at babina, jhansi aur lalitpur for better accommodation. Basai City is 2 km far from railway station there also you can get average accommodation

But you can go to Basai City from station and stay overnight.Autos avaiable/safe at that time,Rahul?
its very small town however you can get accommodation and food whole night at dhaba 6km from basai called badora
no auto will be available you have to see alternative travel to reach city
