Dont take auto ride to reach Kurla Station, specially in morning 6am to 8am time. the level crossing between Tilak Nagar Station and Kurla is sometimes closed for 30-45 mins in a stretch to accommodation smooth passage of local trains.
Instead take a local train from Tilak Nagar Station which right next to Lokmanyatilak Terminus Station, it is barely 40 meters walk from LTT station.

no no, from tilak nagar the locals are not heavily crowded in the given time. you can get in with a little tussle at max.

Between 6 to 8 A.m not much rush on harbour route, one can easily get in the train with luggage & getdown at Kurla..
