@Raam, CAT3C ILS Landing is way more complicated than just RADAR. The costs are way tooooo high. Even the runways which provide CAT3C landing is not usually equipped on either side with the necessary ILS setup and is usually possible only from one end. So if the wind direction is not helpful, even landing using CAT3C ILS will not be possible unless both ends of the runway is CAT3C enabled
