gundavarapu999 2 blog postsi & my friend purchased a tatkal ticket for falaknuma express at kharagpur railway station. my friend will travel unto vijayawada. myself will travel up to secunderabd. secunderabad is the last station. 250 km distence between vijayawada to secunderabad. can i travel with a xerox copy of the tatkal tocket?

one tatkal ticket was issued for two passengers for two different stations. that's why this problem occurred.
On same PNR ? Great, I didnt know that such a facility exists.

You meant to say on same PNR can you post the PNR in PNR forum just for checking it....
I think you purchased one tatkal ticket for both up to Secunderabad. Your friend will deboard at Vijayawada. Give your friend xerox copy (tell the TTE about it and get the xerox copy signed by TTE while checking). You should carry original ticket with your original ID up to Secunderabad.
