I want to book side lower because the current availability is more than 200+.
Question:

Can anyone tell me how to avoid going by ladies quota and book under general quota for getting side lower seat for ladies above 50 yrs in 3AC?
Thanks in advance !

Mohit

1. That is Senior Citizen Quota and not Ladies Quota.
2. Ladies Quota won't come up at IRCTC until you select the same from the drop-down box.
3. Book any other passenger along with your mother and choose SLB/SUB for them. See if SUB comes up post payment. If yes, cancel the 2nd passenger.

Consider for Auto Upgradation. (Please check the PNR (upgraded) status before boarding the Train.)
Berth preference does not guarantee allottment of prefered berth type. If you need assured Lower Berths or assured Compact Accommodation (in same coach) please select one of the options below:
None
Book my ticket only if atleast one lower berth is allotted.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
