Yes this is actually possible. SR needs to increase MPS between SRR-Kollam which i think is currently 80kmph. From Kollam to TVC it is 100km/hr. Also ERS-Kayamkulam stretch single line + lesser MPS actually results in almost same time taken by Rajdhani compared to other superfast trains ( like Janshatabdi) in this route
