जळगाव वाले केस में CCTV फुटेज में TC पूर्णतः निर्दोष पाया गया । TC का काम ही कोच में अनाधिकृत प्रवेश रोकना है और यदि वे ऐसा करते हैं तो उन पर इस तरह के आरोप लगाकर रेलवे से ज्यादा से हर्जाना वसूलने का प्रयास किया जाता है । टीसी अगर इन्हें कुछ ना कहे तो जिन लोगो का रिजर्वेशन है वो ही उसकी शिकायत कर देते हैं । या फिर विजिलेंस/सीबीआई वाले केस बनाकर अपना उल्लू सीधा करते हैं । टीसी कभी किसी को धक्का नहीं देते बल्कि अगले स्टेशन पर कोच बदलने की सलाह देते हैं । ये सब पीड़ित पक्ष को सिखाया जाता है ताकि उन्हें सही मुआवजा मिल सके । भारतीय रेल के इतिहास में आज तक ऐसे आरोप 99 % झूठे ही पाये गए हैं
thanks for putting up useful information, but the popular account says that TTE was unwilling to let the lady stay inside (near the door) of AC coach and was threatening her with heavy fines if she continues to stay inside, the poor lady at last minute decided to alight but train had picked up enough speed and it proved fatal. The TTE was well withing the rights of his duty, but he could have been more humane
The lady came when train already started running..He tried to help her but... you know what happened with him after that..he was beaten by public..even here in this blog the users are demanding straight forward capital punishment without bothering about the facts..its shameful..even in the news it is already shown as an allegation still they want the TC to be punished

The official system for Rail Enquiries at any Railway Station is called NTES. This system is the first one which gets the train running movement from various Control Boards located at Divisional Headquarters and further it is passed to internet which results in a delay (in its publication on net) about 2 minutes. The site (shown in attachment) captures this data faster than the official railway site. One more advantage of this site is that it loads faster than anything and can show the running status records dating back to 2 or 3 months (unbelievable but true)
