above link, it says that railway has started Linen service again. But it is not mentioned if it is FREE or it is charged.

I am travelling by 12971 - Bhavnagar Express. And if Linen service is FREE then I can reduce my luggage a bit by not carrying bedsheet, blanket, pillow.

Do I have to go to some station to collect money? Or it will come to my bank account directly? If at station, then which station?

Have they issued a Pay Order? Will it come to my home?

Why is TDR process so complicated and time consuming?

I have a ticket from Rajkot to Mumbai in 12268 MMCT Duranto express. But now the train is partially cancelled and will run only from Ahmedavad to Mumbai.

not automatically, then when should I cancel ticket? Before chart preparation, before (original) scheduled departure from Rajkot or after original scheduled departure from Rajkot?

I want full refund but railway rules are confusing me, rules say that train needs to be cancelled. But train is only partially cancelled.

So please guide about cancellation so that I get full refund.

Why is it show? How to book ticket?

I tried to book AC tatkal and now I have 20-30 minutes to book non-AC
