In Khammam station coach indications at platform 2 are not working and we are not assured the loaction of the caoch and there is no any information booth at platform so that we can enquire, in such a condition can a passinger stop the train by pulling the chain to board the train.

Dear sir,
I like to submit that, the passenger makeing advance booking for reservation in advance as per railway rules, as per availability different waitlist tickets are also issued,few remote waight list tickets are issued , which were beeing conformed, two hours before the train departure, and it is not possible for the many remote passenger in the country to board the train with in two hours of trains departure, the booking passenger have to cancell the booking .If remote waitlist passengers conformation is conformed six hours before the trains departure, then only it is possible to use the conformation of reservation

Manugur, Secunderabad Express reaches at 4.45 am at Secunderabad, every time train halts at6,7 platforms. and train will be with the passnger comeing for the treatment, who can not board the escaletor, and porter will demand the charges more than railway fright, hence if the train halts at platform 1or 10, it will be lot of convinience and saveing of money beeing demanded by the porters in the early hours.
Hence I hope immediate action will be taken in this regard and this will be applied for the all destination...

That Singarani Fast passinger is only one train connect to the coal belt from Bhadrachallam Road to Balarshas, and train runs full to its capacity and overcrowded many times, hence it is impossible to board the train by the senior citizens and pregnent ladies and passengers comeing for the treatment to the singartani colleries main hospital, at Bhadrachallam road. further this is only one direct train runs in this route, Hence if one coach of AC chair car is provided the proble can be solved.
so I hope the authorities...
