Can anyone tell if the Train no. 74636 from Srinagar to Banihal will run on 08-07-18 or not? There's strike tomorrow and people are saying that trains might not run from Srinagar. Please help me.

Can someone travel in Premium trains even if he doesn't hv booked ticket. Actually my friend has confirmed ticket of sleeper class but I don't. Can I travel along with him if I buy counter ticket? I'm not sure if someone can get waiting ticket from counter of Premium trains or not?

Is 1AC safe for single female? As I was reading about it.. They have doors which can be bolted from the inside. Isn't it bit scary for females who are travelling alone?!!
I have been trying to book Talkal tickets in Saptkranti SF Express (12558) for last 4-5 days on IRCTC but the site is getting hanged every time. It's really frustrating. I am not sure if we can get the ticket from railway counter. I even tried through agent but no success. Can anybody suggest me if there is any way around?? I will be really thankful.

I have heard that people are sleeping at counter only and even then they are not getting the tickets.
