This is related to IRCTC site and how they are cheating the people. IRCTC providing services to the public to book their tickets in the easier way. I agreed to that but with out knowing proper information from the INDIAN RAILWAYS how they are providing service to the public by taking service charge. Especially, for FIRST AC, CHAIR CAR passengers. Even the IRCTC customer care representatives will not able to answer many of the questions we asked, and simple they will say we need to check with the RAILWAY AUTHORITIES and the final decision would be with RAILWAY AUTHORITIES. Especially for the TDR filing. If we file any TDR for any late running train more than 3 hours, when we booked confirmed ticket in UPPERCLASS, at that time of final charting, confirmed ticket will be degraded to LOWER CLASS. These things which is not made wrong from our end, regarding this if we contacted IRCTC CC representative, simple they will say that is all related to RAILWAY AUTHORITIES and we are not sure whether they are going to provide you the refund of rest of the fare difference amount. The ultimate decision goes with RAILWAY AUTHORITIES. All these things are indirectly cheating the public, to earn the money in the name of service charge. One more thing, due to any issue if the train is cancelled, they will cancel the ticket automatically, even though they will deduct the service charge and rest of the amount will refund. I request all the people, bring the awareness to public about the IRCTC website how they are cheating the people and having the public money by saying service charge, etc..
