In the 2 stabling lines Tirupati DD and MTM Vskp used to be stabled. MTM Vskp is not running from the past 4 months. So now Kirandul Vskp night express, Durg Express both have RSA, BAM Palasa Vskp Passenger, Rayagada Vskp passenger, ( bith arrive at 1000) Koraput Vskp and Raipur Vskp both RSA are being stabled there as per the PM km Cycle. Kakinada Vskp MEMU is occupying PF 6 all through the day now or when running along with another train behind as it's only 8 coach. From March 20 th as this VB started they are stabling on one line.

To be Honest, this train doesnot deserve the category of Sampark Kranti. Its just a clone of Sealdah Rajdhani with Sleeper class.

Compared to Sampark kranti of Other states this train has 3 halts in West Bengal, whereas sampark kranti of all south Indian states(KA,TN,KL,AP,OD) have more than 5 halts in their own state , Sampark kranti of North Indian states(UP,UK,BR,JH,AS,MP,RJ) have 5 or more than 5 halts in their own state.

Ariskere to Shimoga is another 135km requires 2.5hrs one way and 5 hrs for round trip. So not possible even with speedup. If train skips YPR there will be no occupancy in Benguluru Shimoga section and weekly spl traveller won't prefer to travel even if its regular as there are more convenient scheduled intercity express trains.

3rd lines are bidirectional for freights and MEMU/passenger trains. SF express trains are operated only during certain time zone when there is congestion in mainline due to multiple trains which have intermediate stops.
