This time travelled by this train, under Pnr 2109031453 2AC. Now it's seems Railway is in the hands of PRABHU only. Midnight unidentified person come to our coupe n wants to sleep on the vacant berth, when asked, he said Staff, I asked show the ID Card he got relectant n insisted I m staff, when I forced him he went off, then I saw his gang acquired other berths. Morning when I smelled cigarette, I saw a passenger was sitting on the wooden platform near toilet n Drinking n smoking, I told him pls stop smoking, even the attentend was providing security and cover. When checked I came to know another reality. Now attendent are contract employees, poor guys are less paid if any one bribes them the bound to support them help them to do what they want. Horrible n unsafe now to travel in Indian Railways, same experience...

I faced n saw in train 12409- Gondwana Express Pnr-6244455053 upto Agra. Never saw these incident happened in last 10yrs or so. Better to take flights slight higher now but more safer

This time traveled Marusagar 12978 Jaipur to Ernakulam, the journey was good, the cleanliness was good, contractor awarded come to check and got the feedback from us, but the horrible part was the pillow and especially bed sheets provided were had omitting smell coming out of it and colour was pale while, its seems they have folded and kept in stack so it seems pressed but never washed. Railway has to improve the washing system especially the blank which God know when it was last time it got wet and the bed sheets and pillow cover. Should use Softeners for washing which make soft and give good smell after wash. I share some of the photo of my trip and some comedic incidents saw in the train during the trip.

AC temperature applicable in AC shows Winter 19-20deg and Summer 23-25deg. Good logical mind has done this sticker who never stayed or experienced in AC.
2. This AC First cum AC 3Tire compartment has 30 seats in 3AC but the system allocates 31 & 32 as confirmed seats, it has been complained in ERS but they shifted the fault to Jaipur Division. They accept that they cant do anything on system side but manually by allocating the seats to other places after chart prepared can be done as they are doing till now like that who suffer, but the problem is with the family, as my case i was travelling with family dad and mum both senior citizen and patient,wife and kid and this unknown 31 & 32 seats fell into my hands this time and i approached Reservations officer ERS they ensure to help us. This is happening since the start of the train and reservations people said they came to know after one year of the start of train.
I asked the same query in this blog no one give correct answer or solutions. Even chackde gave me ridiculous answers. There is not solutions for this problem as every Friday and Sunday same things arises and TTs or passenger has to suffer and sought out. We don't know which jurisdictions comes under. In India rules are made so complicated that either common man has to depend on the agencies or professional to sought out. One way giving ways for corruptions and dalals.
This is the warning to passengers who will get 31 & 32 seat confirmed in HB1 coach in Marusagar better contact nearest reservations office and get it rectified before travel other wise get ready to face hurdles and pain.
