This is what exactly happened in Mumbai, when a Shiv Sena MLA Hemant Patil held up the Devgiri Express train for almost an hour at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) demanding that he be given a berth of his choice. incident happened on Wednesday night, when the MLA from Nanded and his aide refused to accept their allotted side seats 35 and 36 in the AC II tier coach and the group accompanying them kept on pulling the chain repeatedly, ensuring that the train didn’t move out of the station. The train was supposed to depart CST at 9.10 pm, but finally was able to do so at 9.57 pm. Again, it was forced to halt near Masjid station and from there, it left at 10.06 pm. However, the railway officials refused to consider Patil’s demand to provide another berth.
The altercation between the MLA and railway officials led to the delay of two other long distance trains by more than 15 minutes. Also, few local trains were delayed, causing a crowd of more than 1,000 people at the platforms.
Central Railway officers have sought for an inquiry against Patil from Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and the speaker of Maharashtra Assembly Haribhau Bagde. However, Patil could not be reached after the incident.

This is not first time the mentality of ECR(East Cost Railway) showing 10000000000000000..........................% partiliaty,discrimination,negligence,etc.......(what ever the worst is meant) on Visakhapatnam despite of it earning the highest profits in the zone. They don't allow to merge it with SCR(Scouth Central Railway) and never ever think or implement the betterment of it. I am 37 years and I have been seeing this since I was born and I am strongly confident this will continue till I die. The negligence of all politicians particularly MPs from Vizag add more power to ECR to ignore Vizag completely. I don't even say that God only can help because they have the capability even th stop that. Recently few people in this zone suggesting to make it run through Orrisa state, I am not against them and they are all my brothers hence I respect them a lot but the negligence of ECR creates more panic...

I feel the change of starting AP express is a good initiative and I don't agree the whole credit goes to Mr. Kambapati Haribabu because when I watched the news yesterday it was of great CM Chandrababu Naidu's initiative to make this change besides if Hari Babu is dedicated to do good Vizag...why he is making more delay in making Vizag as separate zone with his own government(BJP) and with his own state minsters like Mr. Venkayya Naidu.....does Haribabu is also keen in joining the list of great MPs who betrayed the people of Vizag in making it as a separate zone is a dream but never ever it will be real......I feel people from Vizag are not putting much pressure on this.......if so when Suresh Prabhu came ti Vizag in the month of June for a function why didn't people put strongly against him that we must need a...
