RLWL i.e. Remote Quota :
This is also known as Running Line Waiting List or Road-Side Location Waiting List.
RLWL means Ticket is issued for intermediate stations (between the originating and terminating stations) because usually these are the most important towns or cities on that particular route. This type of tickets will be given a separate priority and confirmations will depend on the cancellations of a destination confirmed ticket, and these tickets don’t even have RAC Provision. For this type of ticket there are less chances of confirmation.

Pooled Quota :
This is a waiting list ticket against pooled quota. It is shared by several small stations in a particular.
The Pooled Quota is intended to be utilized by passengers travelling from the originating station to a station short of the terminating station, or from an intermediate station to the terminating station, or between two intermediate stations.
Note: In some cases, where the station shares less quota, it can be clubbed with GN Quota after Gh N Quota exhausts and/or to exhaust the PQ Quota.

Why extending it to DBG, instead extend it to NHLN or HWH.....
Instead of putting such useless demands, ask for an ACSF till BJU or JYG. I bet it would run with 100% occupancy throughout the year.

Take eg. of same train(sampoorna kranti)
It has no commercial stop between NDLS to PNBE but now CNB And MGS are commercial stop in place of technical stop..it called change. Yrr
And about extension to DBG is only that NDLS to HWA have lots of train but in case of NDLS to DBG

Since it got WAP-4 from NDLS to SPJ,then why it is necessary to stop. This for 20min at LKO and 10min at CNB AND 15min at GKP Just make all these stoppage for 5min or make these three stations technical halt in place of commercial stop and reduce it travelling time by approx 30min
Haul this train byLHB coaches and increase its speed from 110mps to 130mps between NDLS and GKP .Although it is an most punchual and prior train of ECR

But crews are changes at LKO .then What's about HJP ,SIWAN AND GKP .RAILWAY CAN MAKE THAT STOP FOR max 10min only that is sufficient for boarding and deboarding of passenges

OK ur right but this train is usually late between NDLS to LKO THEN WHAT ABOUT THIS
Take example of Sampoorna kranti tat also runs at 130mps between NDLS to CNB and takes 5:30min which is 30min less then BSK
