Dear sir,
I am a common citizen of India. Today morning at 9:15am I reached Ahmedabad Kalupur Station for a tatkal reservation. It was for a senior citizen lady who had to go to mumbai for treatment. I waited in the tatkal ladies line for more than one and half our, my waiting no was 11. When the counter opened, i unknowingly entered without the token, the security guard was standing there he also didn't tell me. In the counter the person advised me to take a token. asked me to go outside. I was only one lady in the entire queue, so the security guard asked me to stand aside. There was a big queue of gents. When i asked, when will i be allowed to go inside as there is limited time for tatkal booking, he answered me very rudely that after the gents queue is done you will be allowed to go inside. Atlast i entered the token room and. Took a token myself. Thenafter that official went inside and instructed all the counters not to give me ticket. Unfortunately because of all this i had no choice but to come back without ticket just because of the official's ego. Our government announces new schemes every now and then for females, i wasted my 2hours. The incident was happening between 10:30-11:30am so inquire who is that officer and the security guard who was laughing outside. We are the passengers not there servants, we pay for the tickets. Who gave him the permission to missbehave with us. I am a frequent traveller and i have to seen this in any other railway station and if token is neccessary then keep a person to advice passengers. I request you to answer as soon as possible.

My waiting no was 11. when My no came i unknowingly enter the reservation center without a token and nobody guided me for that bt reservation officer in the counter advised to collect a coupon so I obeyed and came back ro the coupon machine bt there one railway officer who helped others to get the coupon denied me to give a coupon and told me wait outside till the whole que of gents ended up. cheap officers who thought that we public are his servant told all the counters to not issue my tkt. At last i returned without tkt. Now i want your interference in this matter. I didn't break the rules i was not a trespasser. Only for that officer's ego i suffered..
Pls go through my mail nd answer me back. The time of the incident was between 10. 30-11. i don't know his name or the security guard's name. You inquired and give me justice.
pls get back to me as soon aa possible. Now our government is announcing so many facilities for the ladies and here am a lady was badly treated.. for that officer one senior citizen didn't get a tkt as she had to go for treatment..
