I dont have much idea about Belagavi and Goa. But I do know that a lot of buses are there and most - Sarige - are not updated on KSRTC site.
Here you can try this and get down at Sanquelim and then take another to MAO. Or get down at the station and see. I am sure direct buses are there too.

That JRU Pass PM is TPTY. So that can be taken up by GTL. 1 rake. Or can be linked to some DEMU RSA.
