I agree, but 16315 departs at 17:00, where as this can be departed by 17:15.
Also, 16315 is Normal Express. This is SUPERFAST UDAY EXPRESS, hence High Priority.
Also, this alteration doesn't disturb 16315 Express as Uday Express will be overtaking 16315 between Kuppam - Tirupattur.
At Tirupattur, 16315 is having official stoppage, where as Uday is not having stoppage at Tirupattur, it...

If the reason for not running this is for maintenance, then it can be done on Wednesdays.
Also return train 22665 Time-Table must be rescheduled so that it will be useful for everyone.
