Recently I had booked a with pnr-2640721896, which was WL after charting as well. I had opted for vikalp as well which can be seen in the attached screenshot. One of the train selected in vikalp was having seat availability even after chart preparation in the same travel class, same travel route, same train category. Still, my ticket got cancelled and I had to book another ticket with pnr-2112527868 for my journey. Can someone have any idea what might be the reason? and if these all condition doesnt satisfy availability in vikalap then is it just for appeasement and of no use ??

Train is at outer of Kanpur Central. Halted here from last 30mins.
No no, we didn't observed any stone pelting. Train was detained at gaya for like 3 hours . No further issues faced after that, but yesterday there were some misfortunes happened at Gaya
[can you identify the station? to me it seems quite well lighted station enroute tundla to mugalsarai
