Skipping BHP/Bolpur Shantiniketan is an insult to Bengali people. BHP provides more passenger than NFK/New Farakka Jn.

Some of them may not know what's the value of bolpur(Shantiniketan)... Provides more value than farakka.... Stoppage in farakka avoiding Bolpur is obviously an insult! No problem to farakka stoppage (though it's not needed for a limited stoppage train, malda is nearest)... But it's also needed to provide a stoppage in bolpur... When NJP shatabdi started its journey... There was no stoppage at new farakka jn, later it was added... But had a bolpur stoppage from the beginning.... Most demandable Trains like Darjeeling mail, padatik express has bolpur stoppage... No stoppage in new farakka jn... Beside bolpur's cultural and educational value, it's also an important station where a certain amount of passengers from birbhum, purba bardhaman, paschim bardhaman take their trains. It's an injustice!

Bardhaman is always an important station.... From 2 decades... People are demanding rajdhani stoppage, shatabdi stoppage.... I don't know why ER avoiding this station for premium trains... I have put my opinion Regarding bolpur and new farakka stoppage confusion that's why I mentioned that districts!
