Good, but this train already ran as special for too long, if they are reintroducing it then it should be regularized as run as express.

there used to be a dedicated express between Manuguru and Kolhapur before Covid19, which was never restored back. They are running the same train as special with destination changed to Belagavi.

RailwayFiles~ 280 blog postsRunning this VB with 20 coaches is a bad idea, 8 chair car rake should do. This VBs revenue almost entirely depends on NGP and SC, i can say this is going to be a flop. There wont be many takers for any premium train on this entire stretch, apart from NGP and SC i don't see any other potential stop which can generate big revenue. But i really wish this VB proves me wrong.

I doubt KZJ too wont generate much revenue for this VB because it is just 130 kms far from SC and almost all the express trains does the journey in 2 to 2.3 hrs, and in return almost all express trains does the does the journey in less than 1 hr 50 mts. So i doubt for this short distance people would mind spending fare which is 4-5 times costlier than 2S class, and towards NGP there wont me many travelers as compared to SC, but still we have to wait and see how this VB does.

What fake have you said for which FM had to warn you ? It was already given in print media that SC NGP VB will have 20 coaches.
Yeap, all the other VBS doing the same length are starting around 6 AM and reaching back around 10 PM. This VB is returning back and reaching by 8:20 PM is early. 6 AM - 1: 15 PM and 2 PM - 9:20 PM would be good timing.
In return it is anyways overtaking SC - NZM Rajadhani and Duronto according to timetable.
