Dear Sir,
As per my knowledge in Erail Partner's version you can check HO Quota in any train. How can it is possible Sir ??
Can we link to their's server or any other option to check it out ???

Today I had an Interview with State Bank of India Associates for the Post of Probationary Officer(P.O.)

work in bank is always my dream and I am applying for the bank clerk post since 1999 but could not get success at that time and diverted my mind towards business.
3 Years back I met with one of my friend who told me that he got selected in State Bank of India for the post of clerk and now 6 months back he got selected in Bank of India as Probationary Officer. My that friend became inspiration and motivation for me and I again started applying for PO Exams. In last 2 year I applied for 18 exams for different banks. After so many unsuccessful attempts this was my first ever success in written exam for any bank. And that to when I am now overage and cant give more exams in future.
My interview venue was Local Head Office of State Bank of India at Bhopal. My reporting time was 08:00 Am and I reached there at 07:40 Am while entry was given at exact 08:00 Am.
First they had document verification. I had one minor problem in my documents , I had not my first year mark sheet with me because it has been missed. I had presented them copy of application for issuing duplicate mark sheet which I had given in my University. My second year mark sheet was also re issue copy while I had final year original mark sheet and original degree with me. But the did not take further objection on that point and allowed me to appear in GD & Interview.
Next Round was for Group Discussion.
In my panel only 7 person were present out of 15 while in other panel 11 were present out of 15.
We had given topic "Glorification of Crime & Sex in Indian Films which had lead to increased rate of crimes in our society." We had given 5 minutes time to think on that point and after that every person was given 2 minutes time to express the views on the topic and after that common time of 3 minutes to speak once again and provide conclusion.
I had written all my points on topic and I wanted to initiate the discussion but could not do so because it was my first ever attempt in GD. I got chance on 4 no to speak on the matter. All the three person before me spoke in English but I expressed my views in Hindi. After mine turn other people also spoke in Hindi. It was healthy discussion and I performed well in that round.
After GD we had Personal Interview round and we were asked to sit in waiting room to get called for interview one by one. Here I also got 4th No to appear before interview panel.
While sitting out side the interview room before my turn that period was very heavy for me. But finally I got call to appear before the panel. After asking for the permission to enter in the interview room I wished Good Morning to all the panel members and the asked me to sit.
Panel consist of 4 members out of which two person were sitting on single sofas one to my left side and one to my right side and two other on large sofa in front of me. I will describe them P1 P2 P3 & P4 from left to right.
P2 was the panel had as per my observation. P3 was the silent person and asked only one ques from me and speak little bit and I think he was the person who was noticing my body language through out the process.
Interview started when P2 started asking Ques from me.
P2: So you are Punjabi ?
Me: Yes Sir.
P2: So what are you doing these days now?
Me: I told them about my business and my responsibilities and work nature.
P3: What is Rail Fanning(I had written rail fanning and blogging as my hobbies)?
Me: Sir Rail fan is a person who is Rail Enthusiastic and people may say that they are crazy person. Actually it is very vast sector and can be classified to many sub sectors.
Some of the rail fans are interested in gathering info about Locos
Some may be taking pics and videos of train for their personal collection
Some my be liking foot plating.
my interest in this field is to analyse the PNR's I try to know the factors responsible for clearing wait lists because some train have trends to clear high wait list while some are not clearing lower wait lists.
No more questions raised against my this answer.
P2: Why you want to join bank?
Me: Explained them it is my dream job and I am applying for banks from long time and it is my first ever attempt for interview and I am too happy to face all you that I am on the verge of fulfilling my dream.
P2: What are the steps according to you which should be taken by central of state govt to improve the facilities in tourism sector?
I understood this ques wrongly and started telling them about good job done my MP Tourism Development Corporation in MP so he stopped me and Explained the Ques Again.
Me: Sir according to me the connectivity of the tourist places with centralized point is must for example if we consider Khajoraho, although it is connected with world with Airport but most of the persons are not able to afford air fare even many of the foreign tourists cant afford air fare. As you know the conditions of road in MP which is very bad, so according to me it road connectivity to such places with centralized point is must.
I could not raise further points on that issue so P3 gave me two points on the topic one was Law and Order at tourist places and second is Food & Lodging facility. I spoke little bit on those two points.
P3: You are commerce graduate from Barkatullah Univ. Who was this Barkatullah?
Me: Sorry sir(I felt ashamed that I should know the ans of this ques)
Up to this point I answered all the questions in Hindi and after that I started answering in English.
P4:Who is the First Citizen of India?
Me: The President of India.
P4: What are the Heritage Lines in Indian Railway?
Me: Delhi Alwar Route Fairy Queen Exp
after some seconds I added Kalka Shimla Rail Line Toy Train and Darjling Toy Train.
P4: From Where to where first train in India Ran?
Me: Sir it was between Mumbai & Thane but I dont know the exact year.
P4: I am not asking you about the Year.
Me: Ok Sir.
P4: You have mention Best Service Provider Award By MPOnline. Can you tell us about it.
Me: Yes Sir I owner of Auth Kiosk of MPOnline Ltd which is joint venture of Tata Consultancy Services & Govt of MP and aim of it is to provide E Governance Facilities to citizens. MPOnline is having 6500 Kiosk in all over MP. On the 5 anniversary celebrations MPOnline selected only 220 Kiosk to provide this award. I was among one of them.
P2: Why you want to come or join bank?
Me: Sir as I explained you earlier it is my dream job....
stopped me in between and said leave the dream job part you have told this to us earlier.
Me: Sir when ever I visit banks I like the working culture and banks that is tbe reason but he was not satisfied by my this reply.
I tried to explain little bit more that as you know I am doing well in my business but .....
P4 stopped me said you are diverting from point
Me: Sir I coming to the point please let me explain.
P4: Ok
Me: Sir due to advancement in technology in next 5 year every person will be carrying Laptops or Smart Phones, so need of mine will be shrinked and My need in the future will be reduced. So I want to opt a career which is stable.
I think they satisfied from my this point.
P1: What is Cash Flow?
M: Sorry Sir, I am unable to explain but I have heard the term.
P1: What are Prepaid Expenses?
Me: Answered
P1: Any Example of it?
Me: Answered
P1: What is the difference between Partnership firm & public limited company?
Me: Sorry Sir.
The asked from each other about me and P2 said "OK You may go now".
Me: I said thank you wished Good Day to them and left the room.
So friends I have played my innings and now It is on almighty to give the results and expecting it in First week of May.
Hope for the best.
