For last 3 days I have been trying to book tickets on IRCTC website for Dec 2017. I have tried 6 times through various browsers but each time my transaction goes through with my credit card being charged but end with a message"No seats Available, Transaction dropped". If I go to My transactions, it says failed....please help me. see the attached screenshot.

I need help....I am trying to book a ticket for 12617 ( MANGALA LDWEEP ) from ERS to MAJN....the search does not give me any option to book on this train in 3AC (not Available) but gives me 4 tickets for SL class.
But if I try booking the ticket from ERS to PNVL, then i have lot of tickets available for booking in both 3A and SL class.

I have booked tickets for Kerala from Mumbai for May 2015. My tickets status are RLWL. How does this get confirmed?. Will it get converted into RAC directly and then confirmation or will it have to be wait listed then RAC and final confirmation. Please advice.
