i want to book railway retiring room at NDLS for 2nd Oct (2 AM)...on irctc website I only get option to book for slot 8 PM (check in time)..
Should i book the room??
Will they allow me to enter at 2 AM..

in 12962 Avantika exp, 118 ticket under PT..i guess untill tatkal quota is available we can't book under PT..
once tatkal quota gets WL, PT starts..however not sure on this logic

it should have halt between BSR - ST on saturday i've seen avantika was standing on NVS station as arrived before time and this train was just running behind him so this is my request to railway that please halt at VAPI or BL for just 2 mn.
