if you booked already then only you can do one thing go to PRS Counter With your ticket copy and ID proof where you can Change your Boarding point . but before 24 hour dep of train .

Yes. possible. You will get NDLS Quota. GN Quota and not BP quota. Btw why do u want to book from NDLS if you need BP Quota?

can be changed at the time of booking only.. and for trains that start at night can be done 24 before the departure from originating station

I guess BP of tatkal tickets cannot be changed since tickets are booked less than 24 hrs left for departure
