All Shatabdi,s which run from NDLS have a RSA in place with other services. Even the rakes of Kalka and Amritsar Shatabdi are run on other routes. There is a fixed bay at the coach care centre near Subzi Mandi station where they keep Anubhuti coaches parked. If the incoming shatabdi rake has Anubhuti coach and it is to be removed because the next service doesnt have one. The shunter allocated to the depot removes the same from the consist and replaces the coach with the correct one.

12031/12032 is the ICF rake which is used on thursday when the LHB rake is under maintainance. The correct no for the evening Amritsar Shatabdi is 12013/12014

And run the rake where ?? I think NR has covered all the major routes where there is premium demand. Today NR has 2 rakes of ICF Shatabdi which are on verge of condemnation 1 rake which runs on thursday and 2nd rake which runs on Ludhiana/Moga Shatabdi

GR are a loss making venture for Indian Railways. Since they are unable to raise fares directly i think IR is focussing on running premium time bound service which will charge 10-15% more and make money for railways.

As of now there are 4 new Humsafar rakes,spotted at various places. 2 SER marked, 1 have NCR and the other have ECR markings. SER Rake 1 is at Bauria, 2nd Rake was spotted at Lalganj, NCR Rake came to Dankuni and ECR Rake was spotted at Goalpara Town. As per Aaditya one WR rake is also Dispatched from RCF Kapurthala. So what Humsafar Express we can expect??

Aajkal 50 rupees mei thali expect karna is too much. If you buy choley kulchey from a street vendor with chaach he charges INR 40/-. I think railway should increase the food prices but the quality of the meal should be better.

WAG 12 welcome to Gorakhpur. Loco number 60001 SRE. This loco is the first WAG 12 manufactured for Indian Railways. Pics taken at Gorakhpur Cantt. The loco arrived in morning 7 AM and was inspected by an ALSTOM official who can be seen wearing a green bib. Departed towards Gorakhpur Jn. after half an hour.
