It's day time in morning from Roorkee to Delhi, so it's OK if even if it moves to RAC. Atleast we have one seat confirmed. So in case the other one remains in WL, it won't be treated as without ticket. Right?

I have a small query here...if someone can clear my doubt. I booked two seats through IRCTC in a single ticket. The seats available at that time were 01. So, I could get only 01 confirm seat....but how did I get W/L 23 for the other passenger in the same ticket. Haven't it been RAC1.

Haven't yet booked ticket. I will if I have a chance of confirmed ticket.
Actually, have booked in 17603 - KCG YPR EXP (PNR 1347948757) which reaches yeswantput at 10:30 AM and then in 12007 - SHATABDI EXP (PNR 4123450127) for Mysore which leaves at 11 AM. So, I am afraid in case 17603 is delayed or I am unable to reach there on time due to local transit.
