Okie, however my friend says that he was asked to pay fine of 5000 at Nizamuddin Rly station for carrying 1 bottle. This was done at the scanning machine. Anyway he got by paying 200.
So is there any rule that we can speak of when someone stops at the scanning machine for carrying liquor. ?

Because if we are to fight with the policewala, we need to be sure to know what we are talking about.
As for my friend, his train was about to leave in another 10 mins so he didnt have much time to ask for anything. he just paid some moolah got on board
