Don't take it too serious.
But any way, railways doesn't issue tickets for children 4yrs or below. Showing his age as 5 is to grab a full seat,there by denying the chance of eligible RAC/wl passenger. Isn't it ? Corruption is always a corruption whether it is gain or loss for railways.

He can grab the seat of another passenger by showing his son's age as 5. It's not at all a problem and the tte is not going to check his age. But I just pointed out the funny contradiction between his screen name and his enquiry.
Do you that it is possible to book the neighbouring seat for a fat guy to travel in comfort? This is also same like. Railways issues no seats for children of 4 yes or below.
