Can somebody please let me know which all trains have been converted to 26 coach trains (as announced in budget this year)?
I had reservation on 12957 Ahmedabad ndls rajdhani for 27th may 2016...3rd ac...till just before chart prepration my status of ticket was coming as RAC15 and at the time of chart prepration it came as RC B1-63.
In coach B1,THERE were 3 rac berths:55,63 and 71. Mine was 63. So does that mean at the time of chart prepration my status of rac came at rac 3/4?...as I think RAC 1/2 must have been allotted B1 55.
In this train there is rac till 66...and 11 3ac coaches...each coach having 3 rac berths...so...

Actually I couldn't get a full berth during my entire journey inspite of my RAC status as- RAC3/4 (as per my understanding).
TT said that in every coach there are 3 Side lowers as RAC...and confirmed berths are provided only if there are any vacant berths in that particular coach only. That way you will see that I couldn't get full berth instead of rac 3/4...and person with rac 62 could get a confirmed berth if there is a vacant berth in B11 (as he will be...

Thank you due for your reply. So as per your response...my question is that for RAC15 status...I would get reservation in coach B3?...in b1 rac 1 to6, b2 rac 7 to 12, b3 rac 13 to 18...

This train has 3 ac three tire coaches...so why only 30 seats max available for reservation from dli to jat(when there are a total of 192 seats...even if we deduct 25% tatkal seats, we are left with 144)...can u pls help me explain?

does that remote quota applies to tatkal also...? i hve booking in this train on 14th dec from dli to jat...its WL4/5/6/7 in 3a...I don't see chances of getting confirmed in remote quota...so would tatkal be more beneficial?

Is the entire 212km stretch from Jalandhar-Jammu doubled? If yes...when was it commissioned? Also whats the status of electrification on this section?
