I have booked three tickets for my family in 2A/c. After the charting, only one ticket got confirmed and rest two in W/L.
Can we board the train? or if we decide not to travel, how will I get refund?

I would like to travel in BIKANER-Coimbatore express from PANVEL. I have waitlist ticket for 2AC on 22/5/2015 and WL number is 13,14 & 15. What are the chances of getting confirmation?
Also let me know if I want to book on tatkal, when I have to do it, because this train starts from Bikaner on Thursday, but my journey starts on Friday from PANVEL.
