She is senior citizen traveling alone. She was told to get down at next station and get water.

Hi. I was supposed to travel by 22694 from nzm to ngp on 21/02/2016. Initially it was waiting which was confirmed n then train was declared cancel by messaging me. Later just 10 min before scheduled time I got another confirmation message with new seat number. I had already filed cancelation request as train was declared canceled. But finally it was told that train left on time. Can someone tell me what will happen for my refund request as at last moment they declared train is running?
National train enquiry system is still showing train is cancelled.
