Can anyone please let me know how many berths are being kept vacant for social distancing by indian railways per coach in 2 AC and 3 AC coaches for COVID 19 special trains. Are there any RAC seats also?

Is it possible to transfer e ticket to other family members if I am not able to travel due to same reasons? If yes what is the process? Can it be done online from irctc e-ticketing website?
For example, if I have booked 2 berths for myself, my wife and daughter (Age 10 years) and not opted berth for the daughter then if my travel plan gets canceled can I transfer my berth to my daughter's name?

Why is there very little fare difference for child age 5-11 years for 3AC and 2AC for short distances like below 300 or 400 kms (even if no separate berth is opted) ? Ideally it should be half the adult fare like it comes for long distances.

Can anybody please confirm whether separate bedrolls are provided for all RAC passengers in 2AC and 3AC coaches ? Or is it that only 1 bedroll set is provided per berth ?
