take Aurangabad-Mumbai Jan shatabdi. change trains at dadar. catch local train from dadar to borivali and board sampark kranti at borivali.

Despite of giving prefernece of Lower Berth (LB) for my mother, I got Upper Berth. Why railway is doing so for 50+ women. They should consider the age at least of an woman.
Is ther any way to change the berth number ?

book for each person eligible for LB individually. if there are 2 persons then 2 tickets need to be booked. after entering passenger details. on the next page you will see the availability in LB quota (if any) or else normal quota WL will be shown. later upon charting if there comes any vacancy in LB quota for the leg of journey then you may be allotted confirmed LB berth

why 2 ID cards ? each passenger should carry separate id cards as there are 2 diff PNRs

yes. there is a risk but if there are only limited seats then you can hope for consecutive Lb berths..
