I still remember when it started from NDLS @ 6.20pm and used to start increasing speed from ALJN(Aligarh) suddenly at aligarh station, crossed in a flash from Plt# 1 at ALJN as all the locals to aligarh reaches aligarh...

A train of SK grade is at this level only coz of high speed, cleanliness and less travel time so increasing journey time is not something that would be fruitful when all are thinking of reducing.
But definitely PRIORITIZE sampoorna kranti is one option that could really help especially as the train enter mgs-pnbe region. DNR DIVISION NEEDS TO FIND A SOLUTION TO MAKE THIS TRAIN REACH ON THIS TRAIN. AS EVEN IF IT IS ONE HR LATE AT MGS IT CAN COVER THE DISTANCE FROM MGS TO PNBE IN 2.5 HRS ROUGHLY.

Its so nice to see people observing SK so nicely like you cited the example . Pre termination of SK at danapur can be an option but as it is a premier train so shifting to danapur would be good.
But as I said in last post, PRIORITIZING SK IS THE BEST OPTION AVAILABLE FOR DNR DIVISION. THAT CLD DEFINITELY MAKE SURE THAT IT REACHES BY 7.30AM TO PATNA

IT appears that vikramshila is mostly on time. but when it leaves from pnbe at 5 to 6pm mostly it disturbs SK almost throughout, If u will check the profile of SK and vikramshila through pnbe to ndls , SK is always just a station or two behind vikramshila and that delays SK to some extent and in turn promotes earlieer overtake of pnbe rajdhani. Earlier rajdhani used to overtake SK at tundla but these days after cnb/kanpur or even before ald jn it is overtaken.
So all this is coz of vikramshila....if they can reschedule vikramshila after SK it wld help in improving UP line

its vikramshila coz if u see the "UP" journy SK has to mostly slowly down coz of vikramshila ahead. that facilitates earlier passage to pnbe rajdhani...u closely watch "UP" line vikramshila n sk...u vl c it disturbs SK a lott.

ANd on time train vikramshila to hogi hi ..margin jo hai itna...on time to rajdhani bhi hoti hai
