What do you mean by "NS loco reversal not yet finalized"? Is there any update on this? do you mean if trains have to reverse their engine, what is the alternative though? bypass at dindi to link palakollu?
Kotipalli-NS is not going to be electrified line, am I right, then LR is a must.

Sounds good. When LTT was introduced they skipped BVRT and gave stop for Akividu(I think Bapiraju(then MMP) was from that area). After public demand, they added stop for BVRT. So I wondered whether same kind of thing happened here.
