Can I Board the train with Ticket in Tatkal Quota Waiting list booked from the counter?

My Plan is to buy tatkal ticket tomorrow morning(will be in line from 3 AM)
I just want to go to my destination. My question is : In worst case scenario will I be able to travel in that train(any coach) or not. Please assist me. :(

I had confirmed ticket of Shalimar Exp. and RAC or duronto of 30/10/2013 , both train got cancelled and I stucked now for my every plan :/

Hello there , I have confirmed E-Ticket of this train of 30/10/2013 , I have heard that this train is cancelled for the same day..

thats y I mentioned PNR number. if you will check PNR you will see that this train is showing cancelled for that PNR

Status is Confirmed , not RAC , rac was booking status.. rather am not getting actual info that train is canceled or not.. 139 is not respoding.. dont know where to call or mail. I have mailed irctc but no reply

I have mailed last day.. when it was showing canceled.. they didnt replied till now.
and am also not sure that train in canceled or not , as its not in canceled train list and showing in enquiry.indianrail.gov.in/ntes/ for tomorrow.

I have heard that in some trains waiting tickets are automatically cancelled and not allowed to travel.
Is this rule applies in this trian also , can I travel with my waiting ticket ?
