Is the railways looking at this? Lots of tickets available in this train. Patronisation seems to be very low.......Requests for new trains are being turned down. The least the rlwys can do is to ensure that overall revenues improve through better running of existing trains. The ERS-Delhi Duronto is a classic case. a few more additional stops and this train will definitely help reduce wl in other delhi bound trains. Also can be a good option for passengers from ers-pnvl(mumbai) .

it should not be converted to Superfast, rather it may be given one additional stoppage @ SRR / Shornur. and its slak time of approx 4 hrs can be reduced to make this train reach ERS @ 1300 hrs in normal time and @ 1500 hrs in monsoon time.

rechd @1730. the journey was fine. final lunch from CLT/kozhikode was fabulous. all the whole a fine journey. a lot of slack time. the train was before time at all stations but heldup to slow / pass other train. the journey time should be reduced by 4 hrs to make this train popular.
similarly the return train should start @ 9 - 10 pm rather than 11:30 with boarding at SRR & CLT that will give the return train more patronage.
