Guys, any idea about buses frequency from Moradabad Bus station to Nainital? I will be reaching at 4 AM at MB. How much duration and money does bus takes from MB to Nainital?

UPSRTC bus service is frequent till Haldwani from Haldwani to Nanital every 15 minutes. For Nanital there are UKSRTC buses which are not that frequent. Bus will take around 5:30 Hours till Nanital as road is under construction. Go to Pital Nagari Bus station.
You can also take KGM passenger from MB. You will get a seat easily.

2nd option is better if you can manage. In first option if by chance your Jaipur train gets late at MB you will stuck b'coz KGM exp arrives on time.

Ye usually 5-6 hours. These days there would be heavy rush so take that point into consideration.

Lalkuan Haldwani are situated very closely.
From Haldwani there are plenty of buses. From Lalkuan you will get buses which go From Bareilly to Haldwani/Nanital. You may have to change from Haldwani. But you can get direct bus to Nanital also if you are lucky.

It would have been better if they had provided conventional window like we used to have in ICF 2S. Many times passenger end up with having seat near gap between two windows despite opting window seats. Plus the views from those windows were also good.

30+ AC buses and 200+ normal buses are plying from bareilly to Delhi.
Matlb aap aisi bat kr rahe h Delhi Mumbai Rajdhani via Lucknow chalai jaye kyuki Lucknow k pass Mumbai or delhi k liye Rajdhani nahi h or pasenger b bht hai. Kathgodam shatabdi already runs full. Bareilly won't be able to provide enough passenger to a new Shatabdi. Yes but a shatabdi from LKO via BE can help.

Agree addition of two CC coach in ICE would help a lot passengers. Right now this train is short for serving two million Plus cities i.e. BE and MB.
I think what they can do is to divert this ICE via CH and run a new Janshatabdi or SF ICE via main Route with Stoppage like RMU, MB, GJL, HPU and GZB.

Not all some, 2S passengers would still prefer it. Yes for AC passengers it won't be first priority but due to cheap fare some would prefer it. And towns like Aonla, Dabtara, Chaundausi, Raja Ka Sahaspur are capable of filling it, from MB onwards it will get its regular Pax.

Either Shatabdi or Tejas not both can be run on same route. LKO AC express doesn't help BE and MB much, it is for E2E passengers. DD timings are not suitable sometines it ruins whole day.
