Single rakes runs here and there. If another rake is used, then it can be made to run daily or in the faster route via TPTY. This is faster than Prashanthi in the same route.
Or, IMO, the NS TPTY train can be extended till SBC.

Yes,passes through the RAYALSEEMA region as it is called.
Small correction: Passes thru Dhone and Gooty.
Doesn't touch GTL. If it touches GTL, then it has undergo reversal to go towards DMM and SBC.
Prashanthi on the other hand touches GTL and undergoes reversal.

Passenger stretch is for end to end but not much for intermediate stations.
Not as important like the route via GDR RU and KPD.
But this is the shortest when compared to GDR RU/TPTY KPD or via MAS.
Cannot be the fastest as the entire route from GNT is single line and diesel powered.

Yes,Sheshadri(earlier Tirumala express) was from COA(Kakinada) to TPTY and slip coaches were attached to this train @ SLO which were from VSKP.
Then Tirumala became a full train from VSKP and Sheshadri was from COA to SBC in the NDD BVRT BZA route.
