MAINTENCE:-

*Coaches of this train were old and need maintenance.
*Coaches were dirty and seats were torn, no cushion, brown colour leather was used.
*Door of toilet were partly broken, not at all clean inside completely scratched and need paint job.
*Fans and Lights were completely in working condition but light covers were broken.
*There was no plug for Mobile charger and there was so many cockroaches in coach.
FOOD:-

*Food quality of this train is good, was better than other train which I have travelled in this route (except Trivandrum Rajdhani & Duronto’s)
*Food which I had : - Breakfast :- Uppma vada Rs.20/-, Lunch:-Vegetable Biryani Rs. 45/-, Dinner:- Egg Biryani Rs.65/-.
*South Indian dishes are served in this train.
*Food rates was reasonable.
*Pantry Staff was very co-operative and neat and clean.
SPEED:-

Vadodara to Vasai .. when we left Vadodara the train was running in good speed but after sometime Nizamuddin-Mumbai August Kranti Rajdhani overtaked this train somewhere between Vadodara & Bharuch (don’t know the exact station.), After that Nizamuddin – Bandra Garib Rath overtaked this train when we reached Golvad.
*Speed was running so slow between BRC to PNVL and on by-pass line from Vasai to Panvel there was good speed but waited outer of panvel for more than 40 minutes and reach panvel by 30 mins late.
*Panvel to Madgoan this train speed was extremely poor, for almost every train KSK was moved to loop line and wasted so much time and reached Madgoan 2 hours late.
*Madgaon to Mangalore…As we were getting late by more than 2 hrs LP’s just kept the good speed and covered almost 1 hour and reached by 1 hour late at Mangalore.
*Mangalore to Ernakulam...There was good speed and covered the late hours and reached Trichur by right time but after it become slow and reached Ernakulam by 20 mins late.
