Pets can be taken "along with you" only in 1A and FC.* For other classes, you have to book them in luggage.

IT should be small puppy, ferocious and big dogs not allowed, even for puppy you hv to buy tkt/booking by parcel ppl
previously the english ladies used to carry small dogs and the rules still remain unchanged (british rules)
