In a move to upgrade train travel for the common man, the Indian Railways is redesigning the 3-tier non-AC Sleeper Class and unreserved General Class coaches as AC (air-conditioned) coaches. This will allow the Railways to roll out all-AC trains, without taking away the option of low-cost travel for the public, said officials. Officials said the upgraded Sleeper Class coach will be an “economical” AC 3-tier Class, in between what is now the AC 3-tier Class and non-AC Sleeper Class.

Yes. Well some people have strong accents and some people don't. This pertains to every language in the world. Even in North, worlds like Eschool, Escale etc are quite heard. In Telugu, people say saar instead of sir. In Tamil, it is Aartel instead of Airtel. I shouldn't really suggest to dial down the accent but once in a while it would really help. And on the other hand, we have people like Shashi Tharoor. That much is also not expected, just to be clear.
Believe it or not, but it’s a fact that a Shramik Special train, carrying migrants, left Gujarat for Bihar but reached Karnataka.
