Bilkul , fir jab train chalne lagega tab ap jaise kuch log dobara stoppage mangne langenge.
Earlier 13049/50 was not via cdg and was very sucessful also.
I think no need to divert via cdg.
If ir want to keep umb-ldh section for upcoming premium trains,the 13049/50 via Patiala can be
started because doubling is almost completed between rpj-dui

Why doesn't railway run this train again. I reckon, it used to be jam-packed on its en route in both the directions.
This train was cancelled because it was slow moving crawlng train with too many stoppages.

No, nahi mila rather good trains like HWH-ANVT and SDAH-NDLS Duronto got extended and 12273 got destroyed due to diversion.
Truth to be told, Kolkata has bore the brunt of negligence from the NDA Government.
Huge numbers of trains from Kolkata got cancelled in the name of ZBTT. 😓
