Sorry but I disagree here bro. The route of 12779/80 passes via the Braganza Ghat section where introduction of new pax trains requires a heavy political pressure coz new train proposals are always rejected by SWR citing Ghat constraints. So instead of this Duronto this section needs much more important rail connections like VSG HYB dedicated biweekly train and an ICE train from VSG to MRJ these are long pending demands.
Also Duronto if possible should be extended upto BGM.

Route 12779/80 Braganza Ghat section se guzarti hai jahaan pe naye passenger trains introduce karne ke liye heavy political pressure chahiye hota hai kyunki SWR hamesha Ghat constraints ki wajah se naye train proposals ko reject kar deta hai. Isliye is Duronto ki jagah is section ko VSG HYB dedicated biweekly train aur VSG se MRJ tak ki ICE train jaise bahut zaroori rail connections ki zaroorat hai. Ye kitni hi purane demands hai.
Aur agar ho sake toh Duronto BGM tak extend kiya jaana chahiye.

The Braganza Ghat section indeed poses challenges for introducing new trains due to its difficult terrain.
While the demand for a VSG HYB dedicated biweekly train and an ICE train from VSG to MRJ is valid, it is important to consider the overall operational feasibility. The extension of the Duronto to BGM could be explored, but it would also require careful analysis of factors like train timings, available resources, and the impact on existing train services.
Ultimately, it's up to the railway authorities to assess these demands and make informed decisions based on the overall benefits and feasibility.
