Woah, I'm really baffled by the fact that Matsyagandha Express (12620) was allowed to overtake Mangluru Superfast Express (12134) between Ratnagiri and Kankavli section, although 12134 should have overtaken Konkan Kanya 20112 after Kudal but it didn't and already late running train becomes 30 mins more late by giving clearance to 12620 just to arrive 8 mins late at Ratnagiri and making 12134 1½ hours delay to 2+ hours delay making 12134 only to crawl behind 12620 upto Chiplun. Again, all this special treatment because RA( Saloon Coach) was attached to it. (Making CC to 24)

The train can be resheduled to depart late by 1 hour from TVC instead of KCVL. This will ensure a link with MAQ Mail & YPR-CAN Exp connecting North Kerala. It will be useful than the existing time where it runs between 2 trains that run via same route and arrives SRR at an odd time.Also adding more coaches and making it a 20 coach train will help improve the patronage and solve the crisis faced by commuters to a certain extent.
