In a reply to a complaint regarding priority of Sachkhand, NCR Jhansi Divn replied that they receive Sachkhand already delayed from PWL. As PWL-JHS-BINA route has a dense traffic, Sachkhand has to sacrifice if it is even half an hour late.
Deliberately made late.... I have observed this. It crawls between AGC and GWL thus delaying it further.
